Simpole-Clarke (delicatessen and specialist cheese room) housed in a 17th Century Merchants Cottage in the beautiful Georgian town of Stamford, Lincolnshire is pleased to announce the joining of forces with the absolutely fabulous Tukka Bird, a Thai culinary genius.

With the opening of a noodle bar in the shop during the next few weeks, Tuk's Thai delights will be available to taste and take away for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own home.
